🏔️

Unmatched altitude

The Calchaquí Valleys (Salta) reach 3,000 masl — the world's highest altitude for commercial vineyards. Intense sun and cold nights concentrate unique aromas.

🌡️

Ideal dry climate

Mendoza and San Juan's dry climate minimises fungal disease, reducing pesticide use and making organic certification more accessible.
